Paddle flow switches
Paddles are selected to suit the pipe size and bolted in place. Installation causes a pressure drop of below 30kPa. Process thread is ¾” BSP and paddle can be selected for pipe sizes 1″ (25mm) bore and above. The pivot construction is rugged with large DIN plug.

- 120ºC and 24 bar rating
- SS Paddle and Aluminium alloy body
- SPDT, max 1A, max 40VA, max 240VAC
- Wetted parts Teflon, SUS304 SS
- Flow / No Flow at very low trip point and low pressure loss
- 18.92L/min to 124.91L/min (based on pipe size and paddle length)
Caution – use Loctite high strength thread lock on the Paddle retaining bolts. Switches are designed to mount vertically
