Micro needle probe
Atkins 50207K plugs directly into the thermometer socket and allows one handed measurements of products under 10mm in diameter or thickness. Commonly used for meat patties, the probe is so small it requires very low force to penetrate most semi solid food products such as meat, vegetables and fruit.
- 1mm diameter hardened SS hypodermic tip
- Type K thermocouple suits most common thermometers
- Probe shaft length 95mm reduced for tip length 20mm
- Standard [yellow] mini plug connection
