Flow set point switching – RFS Types
Combines visual confirmation of flow with dynamic, electronic switch operation. Easy, adjustable switch point calibration: a local LED signals when set point is reached. RotorFlow® Switches build an extra level of reliability and protection into your equipment. By principle of operation, the rotor cannot be deceived into indicating a positive flow situation when no flow actually exists. Once set to a desired actuation point, RotorFlow will switch to a “no-flow” condition should
the rotor stop for any reason.
- Ranges: 15 L/min to 75 L/min (1/2″ PP) 2 L/min to 19 L/min (1/4″ brass)
- Brass or Polypropylene, SS bodies (optional)
- 24VDC supply
- Accuracy of factory setpoint ±5%
- Repeatability of action 2%
- Pressures to 13.8 bar and temperatures to 100°C depending in body material
- Output relay 1 amp 24VDC resistive
