The PC-W provides ethernet wireless connectivity for serial devices like RS232 RS422 RS485 and Ethernet devices

- 1 10/100 Ethernet port
- Transmission up to 300 metres at 12Mbps with std 4dB antenna
- IEEE802.11g up to 54Mbps
The PC-W wireless ethernet portal allows networking of a wide range of I/O and recording devices. The wireless LAN is transparent between Ethernet to wireless networking and allows a combined wired/wireless topography. The data sheet shows typical applications. Brainchild I/O are shown on the DIN rail index and VR series paperless recorders and HMI units in appropriate areas.
Normally the network is a carrier for a software system, and ECEFast can offer several software solutions including RampX with high allowable customisation.
